This Code of Conduct is established to set the guidelines and procedure for acceptable behavior for members of the Shockwave Booster Club. The code is designed to protect the integrity of the Booster Club and our working relationship with the management of the Spokane Shock organization. All members should conduct themselves according to the club by-laws. The Shockwave Booster Club Officers will review any and all reports of violations of the following listed rules, with a chance of defense of the violation. If warning is issued and goes unheeded, termination of the offender's membership will result. The offender will be notified of the termination to the club, and notification will be made to the Spokane Shock.

  1. Conduct yourself with decorum and politeness at all Shockwave Booster Club and Spokane Shock functions. This includes home games, and away games, and includes treatment towards opposing teams' fans, or players, whether on the field or off.

  2. Following the rules and regulations of the arenas in which we play.

  3. Threatening of the Spokane Shock Players, or any visiting teams' players, will not be tolerated. This includes stalking, as defined by the state statute, phone calls, e-mails, faxes, or Internet abuse.

  4. No unwarranted or unwelcome contact between players or other Spokane Shock employees and the Shockwave Booster Club members. Unwarranted contact shall include but not be limited to: inappropriate contact with a player, players' families or host families, or significant others unless approved by the players.

  5. Unauthorized possession, distribution, or use of private phone, mobile numbers, home addresses, private e-mail addresses, or personal possessions of any of the Spokane Shock players or staff members.

  1. Violations of the Shockwave Booster Club by-laws.

  2. Violation of the Code of Conduct.

  3. Violation of any rule of practice duly adopted by the membership.
